NATIONAL
EXPLOITATION SEMINARS
ROUND 1 - UPSKILLING EDUCATORS WORKING WITH DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE
After
identifying more than 40 good practices focused on improving the
skills and competences of educators working with disadvantaged people
(migrants, Roma, refugees, asylum seekers), the partners organised a
round of national exploitation seminars with the aim to exchange
experience and share the good practices with representatives of this
target group in the 8 partner countries – Spain, Bulgaria, Ireland,
Turkey, Italy, The Netherlands, Austria and Portugal.
The events were
attended by educators, trainers, facilitators, volunteers working
with vulnerable groups, social workers, disadvantaged people,
representatives of educational organisations, NGOs, local, regional
and national authorities, etc.
