After adding another 40 good practices focused on improving the skills and competences of educators working with elderly people, the partners organised a second round of national exploitation seminars with the aim to exchange experience and share the good practices with representatives of this target group in the 8 partner countries – Spain, Bulgaria, Ireland, Turkey, Italy, The Netherlands, Austria and Portugal. The events were attended by educators, trainers, facilitators, volunteers working with vulnerable groups, social workers, elderly people, representatives of educational organisations, NGOs, local, regional and national authorities, etc.
